Port Blair, Aug 20: The Trained Nurse Association of India branch at Port Blair as decided to hold a National level rally on 23/08/2018 at 10:00 am from OPD, GB Pant Hospital to Secretariat. (Route map: GB Pant Hospital-Ghantaghar – Bangali club-IP&T – Secretariat).The following points will be highlighted during the rally.
1. CENTRAL POINTS:
(i) Payment and allowances to all the nurses in the state.
(ii) Filling up of vacancies.
(iii) No out sources or contractual appointment
(iv)Implement the central government recommendation for private nurses based on the write petition filed by the TNAI.
2. STATE POINTS 🙁 UT)
(i)Timely promotion of nurses / ANM/LHV/CHO.
(ii) Filling up of vacancies –nurses /ANM/DPHN.
(iii) Filling up of the post of principal / vice principal in nurses & ANM School by nursing faculty.
(iv) Creation of Matron post for two District Hospital (car Nic&mayabunder )
(v) Creation of post Viz. Chief Nursing officer, Deputy Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for GB Pant hospital.
(vi) Matron / Nursing Superintendent may be involved as a member in the Establishment board (transfer &posting).
(vii) Engagement of nursing personnel by contractual basis in medical college, (ANIIMS).
(viii) Nursing Faculties/personnel may be nominated as member in RR framing committee.
(ix) Establishing of nursing cell in the Directorate of health Services, Port Blair.
(x) Appointment of nursing personnel should be done by Staff Selection commission.
(xi) Equal pay for equal job.
Further it is also inform that the TNAI HQ New Delhi has also permitted to organize National level rally on 23.8.2018
