Port Blair, July 23: A social worker of Kadamtala region, Mr. Subrata Basu has caught two King Cobra Snakes from the residential area and later handed the snakes to Forest Department, so that the snakes could be released inside Forest safely.
According to details the first King Cobra, nearly 2.5 meters long, was caught yesterday from one villagers, Mr. Sujit Mandal’s house while the second snake, nearly 2 meter long, was caught from a bonnet of a car parked at Kadamtala Bazaar this evening.
