Port Blair, July 15: The Tamil Nadu Chess Association organized 8th St. Joseph International Open Fide Rating Chess Tournament, 2018 at Chennai from 9th July to 11th July,2018.
Kumari R. Kashthuri Bhai studying in Class IV GDMS, Primary School, Middle Point participated in it and stood 1st (First) in Under-10 Category scoring 3.5 points out six round.
She has been seeded 181 with the Rating 1187 in the player list of 278 participants where top seeded was Grand Master RR Laxman with the Rating 2449 in the Open Category. She has played at a Rating Performance @ 1387 and gained 36 Elo Rating from this tournament.
