Port Blair, July 11: Two NC-FIRs have been registered today in the case of scuffle between the sitting Chairperson of PBMC, Mr. Inder Pal Singh and one of his associate with a RTI Seeker, Mr. Muthu Malai, infront of Tehsil Office today.
According to RTI seeker’s complaint he was attacked by the Chairperson and his associate over an argument over and RTI, he had filed in a land case.
However, the content of second NC-FIR, which was registered against Mr. Muthu Malai is still not known as the Chairperson of PBMC was neither available at office nor over phone for any comment in this regard.
