Port Blair, June 26: Mr. A.Shanmugam (Chamba), Ex-Yuva Morcha Vice-President, Ex-General Secretary City, Ex-City President who was the BJP official candidate in 2010 & 2015 election of PBMC from old Ward No.14 and new Ward No.5 resigned from B.J.P and joined the Indian National Congress in the presence of Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, Pradesh Congress Committee, at Gandhi Bhavan, Port Blair on 24/06/2018 at 11.00 AM, asserting his faith on the policies of Congress party and the leadership of Mr. Rahul Gandhi at National level and Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma at State level.
