Port Blair, June 17: A Ganja Dealer has been arrested by Pahargaon Police Station yesterday early morning and recovered 4.1 KG of Ganja from his possession. As per sources the arrest was made at 3.00 AM tomorrow when the Ganja dealer came to sell huge amount of Ganja to a police decoy of PS Pahargaon and fell on the trap.
The PS Pahargaon team headed by SI Jeevan, under the leadership of SHO Inspector Sahil Samsudeen, who have already detected maximum number of NDPS cases in past, had planned this trap for arrest the Ganja Dealer.
The accused was later identified as Ripen Roy, 29 years, who is a resident of Diglipur.
