Port Blair, June 14: A team of Wildlife under the leadership of Deputy Ranger, Manjit Singh, the Snake Man of Andaman, has captured a poisonous King Cobra snake from the Girls Hostel of DBRAIT Polytechnic, Dollygunj yesterday at 06:00pm.
As per reports, the snake squad received a call at 03:00 pm following which they immediately reached the spot. However, the team had to struggle for 3 long hours to take the control over the snake and capture it. The snake was around 2.5 meter in length and was also 2.5kg in weight. The snake is now shifted in the mini zoo, Haddo.
