Port Blair, Apr 23: The Directorate of Tourism, A & N Administration intend to participate in Travel & Tourism Fairs in mainland organized by different organization during the year 2018-19. It has been proposed in consultation with all stake holders that this year onwards a nominal rent @Rs. 20,000/- will be charged from the participants for each location. The locations of participation are as under:

9. IITE – Mangalore 2nd to 4th Nov, 2018
10. Holiday Expo – Varanasi 14th to 16th Dec, 2018
11. OTM Mumbai 23rd to 25th Jan, 2019
12. Holiday Expo – Coimbatore 1st to 3rd Feb, 2019
13. TTF Bangalore 1st to 3rd Feb, 2019
14. ASIATIC Exposition – Thane 16th to 17th Feb, 2019
15. IITE – Bhuneshwar 15th to 17th Mar,2019
The Island based Tour Operator / Travel Agencies who are enlisted with this directorate and intend to participate in the said Tourism Fair should submit their willingness in their letter head in writing along with copy of the enlistment letter and Demand Draft of Rs. 20,000/- to this directorate on or before 04/05/2018.
The participation fees of Rs. 20,000/- may be attached for each location separately. Participants will be provided individual table and chair against the rent paid at each location within the departmental counter. The expenditure towards journey, lodging, boarding etc will have to be borne by the participants.
