Port Blair, April 12: Mr. R.Murugesan (International Human Rights Council President, A & N Islands) and Mr. Marudhupandian attended BANA International Dr.Ambedkar Nobel Awards 2018, held on 8th April at Juhu, Mumbai. During the programme Mr. R Murugesan was honoured with the BANA International Dr.Ambedkar Nobel Awards.
