Port Blair, April 11: Today a private bus, Subhashini on its way from Ferrargunj to Aberdeen Bazaar met with an Accident near Chouldary No.10 at around 7:30am.
Nearly seven passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken to PHC Chouldari immediately, two passengers among seven injured were later referred to G B Pant for some tests but they were also discharged as there was no sign of major injuries.
According to villagers, the driver of the bus failed to negotiate with the road digging works, which are being carried out at present in ATR for making ATR into two lanes.
