Port Blair, Mar 22: As a part of its activities to celebrate World Heritage Day which falls on 18th April, Kala Kendra Society is going to organize a month long ‘Photographic Exhibition cum Competition’ on the theme “Heritage in its broadest sense”- Cultural Heritage, Architectural heritage, environmental heritage pertaining to A & N Islands in the Art Gallery and Studio located in Gandhi Park, Port Blair which will commence from 1st April 2018.
Prize winners will be awarded suitably. The Prize winning entries will be decided by an eminent Jury. Interested artists/ Photographers may submit their Photographs 20” x16” (inch) size with self certification that it is the original work of the respective photographer. The last date for receipt of photographs is 28th March 2018 at the Office of the Kala Kendra, C/o. Directorate of Art & Culture, Cellular Jail Complex, Port Blair.
