Port Blair, Mar 16: All the Auto rickshaw owners/drivers, traders and other concerned Govt./Semi Government Establishments of North & Middle Andaman District are being informed that Assistant Controller (LM) along with the team of the Directorate of Civil Supplies shall camp at North & Middle Andaman from 20.03.2018 to 25.03.2018 for verification and stamping of Auto Fare Meters & other weighing instruments in use in the said area. The tentative schedule of the camping area-wise is as under:-

Further, it is for the information of the concerned that in case anyone found using unverified/faulty weighing & measuring instruments at North & Middle Andaman District after the above stipulated time will be viewed seriously and stringent legal action as prescribed under law shall be initiated against them.
