Port Blair, Mar 08: ICAR-CIARI is organizing a State level seminar on “Spices of Islands- Potentials and way forward for profitability” from 22nd to 23rd March, 2018 in collaboration with Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development (DASD), Calicut. The seminar will involve different stakeholders like farmers, entrepreneurs and officials from development departments with a target number of 100-120 per day. The experts working on spice crops will deliver lectures on different aspects of production, processing and marketing of spice crops , beside the successful farmers will share their experiences.
Interested farmers from different parts of the Island can participate by registering their names with the mentioned Organizers on or before 17th March , 2018 :
