Port Blair, Feb 23: Continuous breakdown and regular accidents that are troubling the passengers since a long time especially at Andaman Trunk Road is just because of the bad condition of Road said the Secretary, Transport, Mrs Neha Bansal.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha, Mrs Neha Bansal said that there is no doubt that the STS Buses are little old but the condition of the ATR Road is so bad that the STS Buses are also getting damaged soon after repair works.
Regarding older Buses at Nimbudera and Kadamtala route that are giving nightmares to the residents of the area, Mrs Neha Bansal assured that the matter is noted and the she will direct the concerned Assistant Engineer of the area and will sort-out the issue at the earliest.
