Port Blair, Feb 21: Mr. Birendra Kishore Talukdar, eminent Bengali Folk Singer of these Islands as well as the Secretary, ‘MUKTADHARA’, is at present on Bangladesh tour for oral presentation of his music-based article ‘Banglar Bhatiyali – Loksangeeter Ekti Gurutwapurno Shakha’ in an International Seminar to be organised by the Itihas Academy, at Dhaka, Bangladesh on 23rd February 2018. Meanwhile Mr. Birendra Kishore Talukdar has been felicitated on 18th February 2018 by the Zilla Shilpo Kala Academy, Sunamgunj, a northern district of Bangladesh – which is the birth-place of Mr. Talukdar.
