Port Blair, Feb 21: Mohammed Saheed Ali, State General Secretary, Jan Kranti Party, has requested the Andaman Administration to extend the closing date of online registration of applicants for the Patwari Examination.
In a letter addressed to Andaman Sheekha, Mr Saheed has stated that there are almost thousands of applicants who have been rejected while submitting their applications due to various reasons while applying for the Post of Patwari Examination online.
He further stated that already due to poor connectivity in the islands it is difficult for the applicants to register their applications online. “In many cases, the applicants do not get clarification online about the status of their applications while submitting,” Mr Saheed said.
Mr Saheed further said that when the applicants personally attend the office and seek clarification from the concerned staff, then only they come to know whether they have been rejected or not.
Mr Saheed thus requested the Andaman Administration to consider the demand by giving little extension to the dates and give justice to the applicants.
