Diglipur, 18 Jan: A POCSO case came to light at Diglipur yesterday, the 17th January 2018 when a 16 years girl went for checkup at CHC Diglipur and during checkup it was found that the girl is pregnant.
As per the details available she was in a relationship with a 24 years person of Subhashgram area.
As she is minor, they were asked by the parents to hold the marriage for now, but as per details, they used to meet, because of which she got pregnant.
A case has been registered at PS Diglipur under POCSO Act.
The accused was arrested today and he will be produced before the court tomorrow.
