Port Blair, July 02: Even after repeated warning the practice of dumping construction materials on road is continuing in city. This not only causes problems for commuters but also increases the chances of deadly road accident. In almost all the areas one can see heap of such construction materials dumped on the road side. Sadly there is no one to take action on those who are violating law of this land openly.
