Port Blair, Jan 11: Mr. Indrapal Singh, Chairperson, PBMC alongwith Mrs. Vinitha Malhotra, Sr. Vice Chairperson(ward Councillor ward no. 11), Mr. S. Ganeshan, Executive Engineer, PBMC with other allied engineering staffs of PBMC visited South Point area, ward No. 11 near Aiyannar temple.
The ward councilor apprised that there is lack of proper approach path, drains, retaining walls and stair towards sea for the devotees for ritual functions. Keeping in view of the convenient and safety of the visiting devotees, the Civic Chief directed the Engineering staff to provide the above facilities for the convenient of the devotees. He further directed to complete this work as early as possible in the larger public interest.
