Port Blair, Dec 27: A&N Administration is going to celebrate 74th anniversary of First Flag Hoisting by Netaji on 30th December 2017 in a befitting manner. As a part of the celebration, free entry will be allowed to all Cellular Jail from 9 am to 4 pm on 30th December, 2017.
