Port Blair, Dec 11: Yet again a theft has been reported at a Pan Shop situated at Junglighat just opposite to ANIIDCO Wine shop, namely Balu Pan Shop.
As per the owner of the Pan Shop, the theft has been reported yesterday in between 01:00am to 03:00 am as he closes the shop only at 01:00am.
He said that Cigarette Packets, mobile phone, recharge cards and all change coins kept inside the shop, which might cost around Rs 4000 are missing, when he opened the shop this morning.
“I have already registered a complaint in the Aberdeen Police Station and a Forensic Team also visited my shop,” said the Owner of the shop.
This is the sixth to seventh such theft that has been reported from the city area in the recent days but the Police is still clueless till now and no press information has been issued by the Police Department whether they have arrested any single thief in these cases.
