Port Blair, Nov 14: The District Commissioner, South Andaman has sanctioned a relief of Rs 1,50,000/-to the family of the Croc attack victim, Mr Bishnu Hari Mondal, 21 years, S/o Hrishikesh Mondal.
The financial assistance has been sanctioned under A & N Islands Scheme for Providing Financial Assistance to Victims of Accidents (who are not covered under the prevailing NDRF/SDRF norms approved by the GOI.
