Diglipur, 30 Oct: The 110th Thevar Guru Puja festival was celebrated on 30th Oct, 2017 at Diglipur. The Birth and Death Anniversary of Late Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar was celebrated in a befitting manner at Mukkulothor Sangam building at V.S.Palli, Diglipur, North Andaman.
In the morning Pongal offering was held after that Garlanding was carried out to Subhash Chandra Bose at Childrens park. At 11 am Milk pot procession carried out from Sri. Mariamman Temple at VS Palli followed by Milk Abhishegam.
After flag hoisting Children’s Cultural programme was held at venue. Later Annadhanam was offered to all the devotees in the afternoon.
