Port Blair, Oct 30: As a part of help-education program and to motivate the students of these islands to have vast knowledge of our National leaders and great souls of India, Shri Bhabesh Majumder,Founder, Sudhangshubala Foundation has organized essay and quiz competitions on 29.10.2017 at 10:00AM at Sagritara Secondary School,Port Blair amongst the students of Class IX to XII on the lives of various great souls of India.
The event was organised by Dr Buddhadev Banerjee, Former Principal of Navadwip Vidyasagar College. Results will be declared and prizes will be awarded to the winner students and schools on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on 23.1.2018.
The Foundation has thanked to Education deptt of AN Administration for allowing to conduct the event, Principals of the participant schools and the Management of Sagaritara secondary School for providing the school rooms to hold the competitions. Total 35 schools have participated in the event while Principals of various schools have their services as quiz masters.
