Billyground, October 30: The Billyground Police has registered a case under POCSO Act against a 60 year old man, R/o Swadeshnager yesterday.
As per reports, the 60 year old man molested forcefully established an illicit relation with a 16yrs old minor girl of the same village.
As per sources, the girl was threatened by the old man for not disclosing the matter.
But yesterday the girl disclose the matter to her parents following which, her parents immediately reported the matter at PS. Billyground.
Prompt action was taken in this regard and the accused was arrested. According to reports, accused will be produced in the Court tomorrow.
