Port Blair, Oct 27: A&N Fire Service works tirelessly to promptly respond to any fire emergency. However, Fire Service personnel face difficulties in reaching the crime spot due to obstruction posed by vehicles which don’t give way to the Fire Vehicles. However, Fire Service personnel face difficulties in reaching the crime spot due to obstruction posed by vehicles which don’t give way to the Fire Vehicles. As per The Road Regulations, 1989, every driver must give free passage to fire service vehicles & ambulances by drawing his vehicle to the side of the road. A&N Fire Service urges the people of A&N Islands to follow the law and give way to all emergency response vehicles. Failure to comply with these directions will invite legal action.
