Port Blair, Oct 18: At Andaman High waves in the range of 3.0 – 3.3 meters are forecasted during 17:30 hours on 18-10-2017 to 23:30 hours of 20-10-2017 along the west coast of Andaman Islands between Ten Degree Channel and Coco Channel. Current speeds vary between 144 – 169 cm/sec.Under the influence of Well marked Low Pressure Area over West Central Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood, strong Southwesterly wind speed between 35 and 45 km per hour gusting to 55 km per hour and rough to very rough seas likely along and off Andaman coast.Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea during next 24 hours.
