Port Blair, Oct 03: On the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Adhyaksh Shri Jaydeep Kumar Dey and the officers/officials of the Zilla Parishad, South Andaman has been taken pledge to preserve and promote the culture of Non-Violence, tolerance among communities and safeguard fundamental rights, justice, equality and democracy in the premises of Zilla Parishad Bhavan at 10.30 AM on 2nd October, 2017.
On this occasion the Adhyaksh has also extended his warm greetings to the peoples of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
