Port Blair, Sept 24: Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, the Member of Parliament, A & N Islands has condoled the death of Smti.Velina Moses attached with Govt Model School Port Blair, who expired yesterday at G. B. Pant Hospital. The demise of the 43 years old dedicated English teacher is an irreparable loss.
