Teachers play a vital role in shaping and moulding the future of our children. A true teacher is one, who is an inspirational guide and a mentor who nurtures young minds and gives expression to their hidden talents. On Teacher’s Day we salute our teachers who silently but tirelessly help our future generations to become responsible citizens and good human beings.Teachers play a vital role in shaping and moulding the future of our children. Teacher’s Day which is celebrated on 5th September commemorates the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President, Philosopher and a great teacher. Teacher’s Day represents a significant symbol of the awareness, understanding and appreciation for the vital contribution that teachers make to education and development in the country. In an era of information revolution, a good teacher can attain global recognition and raise the prestige of the country in the world by making judicious use of the facilities available.
Let us take a pledge to heartily respect and honour our teachers in our daily lives as without a good teacher we all are incomplete in this world.
Heartiest greetings to all on Teacher’s Day.
