Diglipur, Aug 27: The Lt. Governor, A&N Islands, Prof. Jagdish Mukhi reached Diglpur on 26 August by Panwan hans helicopter to visit the Ross & Smith Islands. After his arrival he went to Ross & Smith and after having lunch at Turtle Resort at Kalipur he returned back to Port Blair.
