Port Blair, August 16: A Lady resident Doctor of ANIIMS, namely Keerthana posted at the Andaman Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Science, committed suicide on 15th August, 2017 by hanging herself at her room 216 situated at Teal House, Dilanipur.
As per reports, the lady Doctor from Chennai was practicing here since last two months.
The reason behind the Doctor taking this extreme step is not yet known. However the Police are still investigating into the case. It is learnt that the Police has also found some sleeping pills from her room.
As per latest details, the dead body of the lady has been handed over to her parents.
It is very tragic, …sad new.s. having got education.. highly educated.. …to serve society… respectable Suicide is not the solution…A precious human life.wasted… If one feel like depression… move away from that place for some time… do not worry about the world…None is perfect…
All face depression… in life… Think about the loved ones….What will be their fate…Human suffer…
Man is essentially a tragic being… but one has to make themselves happy…that is the only solution… till god calls. Pray God….
