The Island based tour operator/travel agencies, who are enlisted with the Directorate and intend to participate in the above said Tourism Fair should submit their willingness in writing along with copy of the enlistment letter to the Directorate on or before August 09, 2017. The security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- may also be attached along with the application to ensure participation and in case of failure in participating, the security deposit will be forfeited.
The expenditure towards journey, lodging, boarding etc will have to be borne by the participants. Tourism Department will provide free space with required number of table and chairs within the departmental counters at the locations.
