Port Blair, August 01: A massive hole, right at the middle of the main road in front of the JNRM College football ground today, left many people in a deep shock.
As per details, the hole which was detected this morning had a opening of hardly half meter (in diameter) but the hole had nearly 6 meter depth and huge hollow area inside. The hole was detected initially by some morning walkers who found the a portion of the road stretch soft and loose.
When reported to Andaman Public Works Department, a team immediately reached the spot and when the labourer put a spear in it, a massive hole appeared. Public now wants to know the reason behind such massive hole, which could have caused a major road accident today.
