Port Blair, July 31: In a major twist in Bada Balu Molestation case, today all the three accused have been granted bail from Court.
As per reports, the victim of the molestation case as well as the complainant pleaded in the court to compromise the case following which the Session Court granted bail to all the three accused of the Molestation case.
Horrible end to an equally horrible crime : Our justice delivery system is so cumbersome and lengthy that one feels motivated not to seek justice in the court of law. The problem is further aggravated if the one seeking justice (read victim) is female… the incident reported here just adds credibility to the thought expressed above.
