B.N Sarma, Accounts Officer, NIRD, PR, NERC, Assam along with Shri. Rajender Pal, Block Development Officer, Ferrargunj, official of Directorate of RD, PRIs & ULBs and Shri. O. Bashir, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mannarghat visited Gram Panchayat Mannarghat on 28/07/2017 for the purpose field visit in connection with Course on “Double Entry Accounting System in RD” held at Zilla Parishad, South Andaman from 24/07/2017 to 28/07/2017. The team appreciated Shri. O.Bashir, Pradhan for moving fast development under dynamic leadership. The team noted the possibility of Eco-Tourism and utilization of Solar Energy based on terrain of Gram Panchayat Mannarghat.
