Neil, July 14: Dinghy with two operators and with around 150 bags of cement which left Port Blair yesterday for Neil Island reportedly capsized near Neil Island.
As per reports one operator is still missing and the search for the operator is still on by the Coastguard as well as Andaman Nicobar Police.
As per reports, bad weather conditions were the reason behind the accident.
It is learnt that one of the operator however managed to reach the shore after more than one and a half hour of struggle at sea, holding a ring bouy.
Sources said that the search for the other operator will continue again tomorrow. Further details are awaited.
