Port Blair, July 13: A solemn function in memory of Late. Capt. Ashim Kr. Bhattarcharjee will be held in JNRM campus on 20th July 2017 to mark the Death Anniversary of the brave son of the Islands who made the Islanders proud by laying down his life while fighting militants in Jammu and Kashmir on 20th July 2000.
Shri. Shakti Sinha, IAS (Retd), Director, NMML, Delhi will deliver the 3rd Capt. Ashim Kr. Bhattacharjee Memorial Lecture on the topic “Internal Security and illegal Immigration in A & N islands”.
