Port Blair, Jul 11: A meeting of the Executive Committee of the JNRM Alumni Association, Port Blair was held at JNRM recently in presence of Dr N. Francis Xavier, Principal, JNRM, who is also the Patron of the Alumni Association. The meeting discussed about the Golden proposed Jubilee celebration of the JNRM (formerly Govt. College), Port Blair. It was decided in the meeting that a wider meeting of former students of the JNRM(formerly Govt. College), Port Blair may be convened at 10 a.m. on 12th August, 2017 at JNRM Auditorium in which maximum number of former students should be requested to attend. The meeting decided to carry out membership campaign of the Alumni Association in the next one month. Office bearers and Executive Committee Members of the Alumni Association will reach out to maximum number of former students of JNRM and enrol them as members. Receipt Book and Membership Forms will be available with Shri R.P. Palaniswamy, Association Professor, JNRM (Cell: 9434298810), who is the Treasurer of the Association. The meeting requested all the former students of the JNRM to come forward and become members of the Alumni Association. Shri D. Ayyappan, Chairman of the JNRM Alumni Association presided over the meeting. Shri CH Hemanta Rao, Secretary made a reporting about the activities of the Alumni Association since last meeting.
