Current speeds vary between 66 – 86 cm/sec. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea. At Nicobar High waves in the range of 3.0 – 3.2 meters are forecasted during 17:30 hours on 05-07-2017 to 23:30 hours of 07-07-2017 along the west coast of Nicobar Islands between Ten Degree Channel and Great Channel. Current speeds vary between 47 – 94 cm/sec. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
