Port Blair, Jul 04: The C.C. road from main road to Kannai Dhali house at Brindaban-II was inaugurated by Shri Jaydeep Kumar Dey, Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman today i.e.04.07.2017 at 10.30 AM in presence of Smti Shashi Kaushal, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, South Anadaman, Shri abdul Bashir, Zilla Parishad Member, Brindaban constituency, Shri Sandeep Biswas, Pramukh, Ferrargunj Panchayat Samiti, Shri Thadius Kujur, Panchayat Samiti Member, Shri Shyamal Joydhar, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat of Brindaban, Shri Yashvi Parekh, Executive Engineer, SA, ZP, and officials of Engineering Wing, Zilla Parishad. The villagers were also present during the inaugural function of the road. This road will surely render basic essential facilities to the villagers and commuters of the area the Adhyaksh further appealed that the movement of heavy vehicles should be restricted on this C.C road. The Construction of the C.C. road was completed under the sanctioned amount. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman appreciated for the plantation of trees undertaken along the side of newly inaugurated road by the joint efforts of the Engineering Wing and Zilla Parishad Member, Brindaban constituency. The inaugural function was followed by inspection of childrens park at Wimberlygunj where Shri Abdul Bashir, Zilla Parishad Member, Brindaban constituency demanded to make available adequate equipments for the kids in the park and also for providing services of Security personnels at the entry point of park.
