Port Blair, Jun 20: The ICAR-Central Island Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-CIARI) will be celebrating its 39th foundation day on 23rd June, 2015 from 2.00pm to 4.30pm at its Garacharma Research Complex, Port Blair.
Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Secretary & Director General, GOI, DARE & ICAR, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi, will be the Chief Guest& deliver the foundation day lecture at Mela ground of Garacharma Research Complex. He will also felicitate the best farmer / innovator and also the Institute awardees during the programme. Dr. S. Dam Roy, Director, ICAR-CIARI will preside over the function.
