Port Blair, June 14: Additional scholarship shall be granted to the students of Scheduled Tribes of A&N Islands for pursuing Higher Studies anywhere in India after Senior Secondary Level. Under the scheme, additional scholarship amounting to ` 1000.00 (Rupees one thousand only) per month shall be given to the eligible students belonging to ST category and the scholarship shall be sanctioned by Tribal Welfare Department, A&N Administration subject to fulfillment of the criteria of eligibility.Port Blair, June 14: Additional scholarship shall be granted to the students of Scheduled Tribes of A&N Islands for pursuing Higher Studies anywhere in India after Senior Secondary Level.
