Port Blair, Jun 06: On the occasion of the World Environment day the TSG Hotels & Resorts conducted various programmes at its Resorts in Havelock and Neil islands to create awareness among the visiting tourists, the general public and its staff to ensure clean Environment and the conservation of natural resources for the sustainable development of these Islands.
Cleaning of the Beaches at Radha Nagar, Havelock and Sitapur at Neil Island was undertaken in which the guests of the Resort along with the staffs participated.
At Neil Island a drawing competition was organised for the children of Neil Kendra and prizes were distributed to the outstanding children. The Pradhan of Neil Island, Forest officers and Fire Brigade staff participated in the event. Later organic food was served for all the guests and participants of the painting competition.
