Port Blair, June 04: A fire incident was reported at the chamber of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on 03.06.2017 at around 08:41pm. Luckily, no one suffered any injuries in the incident.
As per reports, after the incident occurred the Fire Brigade was informed following which the fire personnel with two fire tenders reached the spot and after a struggle of more than half an hour they took control over the fire.
The reason behind the fire is not yet known and the Fire Service Department is investigating the reason behind the fire. Further details are still awaited.
