Port Blair, May 29: An Auto Rickshaw met with an accident today afternoon at around 03:30 pm near the office of Police Marine Force. The Auto Rickshaw Driver as well as the friend sitting behind the Auto Rickshaw, suffered serious injuries in the accident, it is learnt.
As per reports, the Auto Rickshaw driver while coming towards the Marine Dockyard lost the control over the Auto Rickshaw following which the Auto Rickshaw hit a retaining wall at a very high speed. It is learnt that a case has been registered in the Aberdeen Police Station. Further details are still awaited.
