Ramnagar, May 22: DOSTI-2017, Vacation Camp for teenagers, conducted by butterflies, NGO in association with CIAL-Italy, Little Andaman Panchayat Samiti /panchayats and Coast Guard from 13th to 15th may 2017. The entire programme was based on the concept of information + Entertainment =Infotainment for effective participation and result in the lives of today’s young generation. The camp consisted of games, Sports competitions, Art & craft making competitions, group dynamics, legal awareness sessions, health sessions, Children’s cooperative kitchen, Camp Fire, Culture Eve and many more. The event inaugurated by Shri Babul sarkar, Pradhan, Netaji Nagar, Geeta Rao, Pradhan, Hut Bay and Mr. Vishal Ram, SHO. Futher, Ms. Rit Panicker, Director,Butterflies and Mr.Sino P Kurian, Programme Manager, Butterflies addressed the children and the programme was well appreciated and benefitted by 350 students. All the students are awaiting for DOSTI-2018 to come. Three days event came to an end with a colorful cultural event. The event was coordinated by Ms. Ganga Bhavani, Field Coordinator, Butterflies.
