Port Blair, May 05: Former National President and Trustee, Builder Association of India, Er.Radhakrishnan from Chennai is on a visit to Builder Association of India A&N Centre for installing new office bearer for 2017-18 has called LG and Chief Secretary on 4th May 2017 with local office bearers.
At the backdrop of Massive Infrastructure development under A&N Administration with active support of Prime Minister Modi Government and landing of Big Construction Houses from Mainland India being Builder Association of India members. The Builder fraternity is poised for a challenging and responsible role in these islands.
The Key Infrastructure developments like new Terminal Building, 04 Lane National Highways, three new bridges connecting Diglipur and Bambooflat, Undersea cable .Smart City massive expansion of tourist facilities, Key Infrastructure project under Defense Segment mainly Communication, Airfield, wharf extension at various islands will change the Skyline and future of the Andaman and Nicobar islands.
To meet the massive infrastructure work requirement the supply chain of construction material, modern techniques and equipments to maintain quality and time frame will also be a great challenge for a builder fraternity in the difficult geographical and environmental conditions.
The Lt Governor and Chief Secretary has extended all Co-operation and Support in the endeavor to fulfill the “Developed Nation” a Dream of our Prime Minister.
