Port Blair, Apr 16: Padma Shree Awardee, Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, Swachh Bharat Ambassador, Andaman & Nicobar Islands today visited the Primary Health Centre, Bambooflat and interacted with the Doctors and patients.
As far as the proper disposal of wastes was concerned it was found that the PHC was kept clean except the dustbins which were less in numbers inside the PHC. Later Naresh Chander Lal had a round of wards, toilets and nearby surroundings under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and advised medical authorities to arrange self awareness camp for the general public in regard for cleanliness and proper disposal of wastes.
