Port Blair, Apr 06: The Jan Kranti Party has raised serious objections over an Employment Notice recently placed by the Forest Department in which candidates have been asked to submit attested copies of all certificates.
In a letter, the President of JKP, Mr. K. Venkat Ram Babu today said that in the said Employment Notice the department has overlooked the directions of Government of India with regard to attestation of credentials and have asked candidates to produce attested copies of Certificates as well as application forms duly attested by Gazetted Officers, which is mere harassment to the unemployed youth.
The Party urged the department to immediately amend the said advertisement (Employment Notice) and give wide publicity at the earliest about accepting self attested applications.
